  • •Launch features, monitor performance, and iterate using data, feedback, research, and production issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner (or similar product-focused operator role).
  • •Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows into usable customer journeys.
  • •Ability to work deeply with engineering and designers to ship real products.
  • •Comfort with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
  • •Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or high-growth products is a strong advantage.
