Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a product initiative from discovery to launch, including build vs. buy analysis, workflow redesign, or feature adoption for an HR Technology tool.
  • •Partner with HR, IT, Security, and vendor teams to define requirements, gather user feedback, and align stakeholders on product priorities.
  • •Drive evaluation and piloting of generative AI agents for HR teams, defining success metrics and tracking ROI.
  • •Map existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement automated solutions using HRIS, applicant tracking system, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
  • •Analyze product metrics and user data to measure impact, inform decisions, and communicate results to leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or have equivalent experience.
  • •Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability structuring ambiguous problems into action plans (e.g., academic projects, case competitions, or prior internships).
  • •Hands-on experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, or low-code/no-code platforms, including prototyping with LLM-based applications or working with APIs.
  • •Proven ability to manage a project end-to-end by defining scope, tracking milestones, and delivering outcomes on deadline.
  • •Ability to proactively identify problems and propose solutions, including proposing improvements or initiating projects without being asked, with responsible use of generative AI and human oversight.
