Deliver critical features for Xero’s Canada business within a newly formed Vancouver team, solving complex problems across the platform. Influence architecture and distributed-systems implementation through refactoring monolithic systems and defining major code design decisions. Help mature CI/CD and TDD practices to enhance developer experience, while mentoring engineers and contributing to global engineering standards in a hybrid environment with office “boost days.”
