Key Responsibilities

•Develop technical architectures and designs for ServiceNow solutions considering functionality and scalability, in collaboration with customers and stakeholders.
•Design integration strategies for ServiceNow interaction with existing systems and identify optimization potential for efficiency, usability, and performance.
•Provide expert knowledge to maximize the ServiceNow platform, including technical support for developers and project teams on coding standards and best practices.
•Support implementation teams to ensure correct realization of the architecture and validate solutions for quality and business requirements.
•Conduct architecture reviews and validations to ensure robustness and future readiness while effectively communicating technical concepts to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HR Service Delivery, plus current ServiceNow certifications.
•Knowledge of software and data architecture and integration patterns, including REST and SOAP API integration and middleware technologies.
•Ability to model and analyze business processes and to understand and document customer requirements.
•Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework and experience applying best practices to improve service management processes.
•German and English skills with strong communication ability; experience leading projects/teams for ServiceNow implementation is required.
