Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day administration of the Purchase Order (PO) process to increase PO usage for external spend
  • •Manage PO creation and receipt, monitor adoption of the PO process by other departments, and assist with process enhancement projects
  • •Assist with training material development and training delivery to drive PO process adoption
  • •Support invoice dispute resolution and day-to-day Purchase-to-Pay operational tasks and queries while covering the Senior Procurement Analyst
  • •Collect and compile procurement data for analytics and reporting, highlighting process improvement opportunities and tracking compliance and adoption

Key Requirements

  • •Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • •Comfortable using analytical tools
  • •Good communication and interpersonal skills, including English
  • •Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
  • •Basic Portuguese knowledge is a bonus
