Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage annual capital and operating budgets for the APAC portfolio, including variance reporting and recommendations.
  • •Create facilities policies, procedures, and preventative maintenance programs; monitor onsite performance to deliver optimized workplace environments.
  • •Provide building and system design reviews and construction supervision for multi-site campus operations.
  • •Plan, schedule, and direct contractors to deliver safe, compliant, cost-effective workplace environments and services.
  • •Act as single point of contact for AMD Global Real Estate services, including landlord coordination and GRE contract negotiations.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 141,400 - 202,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Business is required.
  • •Customer service orientation with focus on improving client experience and developing stakeholder relationships across the region.
  • •Working knowledge of building infrastructure systems and associated equipment, including energy/sustainability and EHS programs and systems.
  • •Experience in facilities management, including responsibility for multiple sites within a regional scope.
  • •Demonstratable experience with computerized preventative maintenance and building control software programs.
