Job Summary

Own the development and delivery of customer-facing facilities services across the APAC portfolio. Build policies, procedures, and preventative maintenance programs, and monitor onsite performance to deliver optimized workplace environments, infrastructure, and site operations. Provide oversight for mechanical/electrical infrastructure projects in a semiconductor R&D setting, manage capital and operating budgets, coordinate contractors and consultants, and partner with EHS to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage annual capital and operating budgets for the APAC portfolio, including variance reporting and recommendations.
•Create facilities policies, procedures, and preventative maintenance programs; monitor onsite performance to deliver optimized workplace environments.
•Provide building and system design reviews and construction supervision for multi-site campus operations.
•Plan, schedule, and direct contractors to deliver safe, compliant, cost-effective workplace environments and services.
•Act as single point of contact for AMD Global Real Estate services, including landlord coordination and GRE contract negotiations.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 141,400 - 202,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Business is required.
•Customer service orientation with focus on improving client experience and developing stakeholder relationships across the region.
•Working knowledge of building infrastructure systems and associated equipment, including energy/sustainability and EHS programs and systems.
•Experience in facilities management, including responsibility for multiple sites within a regional scope.
•Demonstratable experience with computerized preventative maintenance and building control software programs.
