  • •Supervise and assist with training apprentices when requested by senior technician or service executive.
  • •Maintain competence through on-site training, supplier/manufacturer courses, and reading technical bulletins as required.
  • •Discuss vehicle problems with customers as requested and maintain a professional, quality service image while keeping the work area safe and tidy.

  • •5 to 7 years of proven experience in a similar role or industry.
  • •A Diploma or relevant vocational certification/degree in a related field.
