Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and authorize CCAM corporate account opening and account maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to bank policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
  • •Review and authorize account opening documentation for corporate and institutional client segments in line with CDD/KYC, AML, and sanctions requirements.
  • •Maintain accuracy of customer records, account structures, mandates, and authorized signatory information across relevant banking systems.
  • •Ensure strict compliance with AML, sanctions, regulatory/compliance and operational risk requirements, including maker-checker controls, and escalate exceptions promptly.
  • •Monitor queues to meet SLAs, maintain high processing accuracy, coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues, and provide daily/weekly/monthly MIS and management updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Corporate Banking Operations, Centralized Account Management, Client Onboarding, or Account Services.
  • •Experience handling Corporate, Commercial, Financial Institution, and Government Banking clients (preferred).
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of Corporate Banking Operations, account management, KYC/CDD requirements, AML regulations, and customer lifecycle management.
  • •Strong leadership and ability to manage operational teams and service delivery functions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Commerce, or a related discipline (with professional certifications in banking operations/AML/compliance/risk as an added advantage).
