Own a product vertical end to end for a Neobank Superapp in Southeast Asia—spanning strategy and roadmap through technical design and delivery. Lead technical product work for money-moving features with strong correctness, security, reliability, and compliance constraints. Partner across engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance/reconciliation, while applying AI only where it improves outcomes and is auditable and trustworthy.

Key Responsibilities

•Own a product vertical end-to-end, including outcomes and metrics, backlog prioritization by value/risk/dependency/priority, and crisp acceptance criteria.
•Shape technical design with engineering across system boundaries, money-movement correctness (idempotency, ledgering, reconciliation), security, latency, scalability, and recovery.
•Make and defend hard trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX when working with engineering, compliance, or ops leads.
•Treat regulated constraints as first-class product inputs, including licensing scope, CDD/KYC and limits, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, and data residency/privacy.
•Apply AI where it earns its place by defining allowed decisions, human-in-the-loop behavior, evaluation approach, and fallback behavior when unsure.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience owning a complex technical product end-to-end, with strong judgment under ambiguity and ability to balance ambition with technical, regulatory, and operational realities.
•Strong system design fundamentals (boundaries, datastores, queues/workflows, APIs, failure modes, consistency under concurrency) and the ability to challenge design docs.
•Experience in a regulated/high-consequence domain such as payments, banking, remittance, or insurance (or fast-ramp ability), with an understanding of correctness over convenience in money movement.
•Hands-on AI judgment for LLM-based products, including defining what models are allowed to do, evaluation approach, and knowing when models must not be in the loop.
•Nice-to-have: engineer or highly-technical PM background, zero-to-one experience, shipped AI-heavy consumer products, defined ML/LLM evaluation metrics, AI UX/failure-handling intuition, and SEA market experience.
