Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate new hypotheses and prioritize them based on Market and User Research findings.
  • •Manage full-cycle validation of product hypotheses: design, development, testing, and analytics.
  • •Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to improve product performance.
  • •Be accountable for growth of key product metrics: approval rates, conversions, LTV, ROI.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams outside development: Operations, Analytics, Finance, Marketing.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Product Management within IT or similar challenging roles.
  • •Strong knowledge of product metrics and how to calculate unit economics.
  • •Ability to form and prioritize hypotheses based on market and user research.

  • •English proficiency at least Intermediate.
