•Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model.
•Champion positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating core values.
•Assist across store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through selling strategies.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing knowledge of product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives with consumers; adhere to asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 17.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance and punctuality.
•Team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment between backroom and sales floor.
•Ability to read and comprehend instructions and input information into computer/register screens.
