Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience as the front-line brand ambassador. Build clienteling relationships, drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and meet individual and store KPIs. •Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support store operations including transactions, inventory cycles, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.

Key Requirements

•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including walkie-talkie use and ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, peak busy season, and holidays).
