Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute complex sourcing initiatives aligned to Facilities and Capital category strategies, including RFx processes, negotiations, supplier selection, and contract awards.
  • •Develop defensible award recommendations using financial analysis, risk assessment, and technical alignment.
  • •Manage a portfolio of sourcing projects aligned to category wave plans and regional demand signals, prioritizing based on risk and stakeholder urgency.
  • •Partner with the Global Category Manager to translate category strategies into executable sourcing events and provide structured supplier/market feedback.
  • •Ensure sourcing activities comply with governance, internal controls, and audit standards, coordinating with Contracting, Legal, Risk, Finance, Tax, and Internal Controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
  • •7–10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or commercial roles in complex, technical environments.
  • •Proven experience supporting CAPEX sourcing across design, engineering, construction, and commissioning phases.
  • •Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
  • •Experience in global organizations with strong governance and compliance expectations.
