Strategic Sourcing Manager (m/f/d) - EMEA Capex and Infrastructure

Lead end-to-end execution of complex RFx sourcing initiatives for Facilities and Capital Infrastructure (CAPEX) across Germany and the broader EMEA region. Partner with Global Category leadership and cross-functional engineering, construction, operations, and finance teams to negotiate, select suppliers, and award contracts. Build defensible recommendations using financial analysis and risk assessment, ensure governance/compliance, and manage a portfolio aligned to category wave plans.
