Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full admissions journey from initial enquiry through assessments, interviews/tours, offers, enrolment and onboarding.
  • •Serve as a trusted point of contact for families, providing informed and personalised guidance and following up outstanding applications and offers.
  • •Proactively manage the admissions pipeline to progress enquiries/applications promptly and support enquiry-to-application and application-to-enrolment conversion targets.
  • •Coordinate admissions events and engagement activities (open days, assessment days, information sessions) and represent the school at external events.
  • •Maintain accurate CRM and admissions records, monitor conversion and trends, and ensure KHDA, school policy and Aldar Education compliance for regulatory/audit/safeguarding purposes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • •Minimum three to five years’ experience in admissions, enrolment, customer experience, business development, or a comparable client-facing role.
  • •Demonstrable experience managing customer relationships and converting enquiries into confirmed enrolments.
  • •Strong understanding of pipeline management, conversion, and customer-service standards.
  • •Experience using admissions or CRM systems such as iSAMS, Salesforce, or a comparable platform.
