Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate heavy equipment (forklifts, stakebeds, water trucks, dump trucks, loaders, skid steers) as assigned for exterior operations.
  • •Support exterior builds and lead crew work by directing safe performance, coordinating vendors, and managing inventory loading/unloading.
  • •Hang festival perimeter signage and flags to direct headliners, ranging from zip-tied signs to larger truss-installed signage.
  • •Assist shuttle loader/unloader functions by loading and unloading headliners from buses during show days.
  • •For lead roles, manage shuttle staff break times, check in bus drivers, ensure buses run smoothly, and troubleshoot arriving issues.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a clean motor vehicle report.
  • •Must have a Valid Driver's License and be 18 or older.
  • •Must be able to walk long distances for long periods and constantly be on feet.
  • •Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
  • •Fork lift certs required; Heavy Equipment certified and OSHA cert.
