Key Requirements

  • •High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • •Leadership experience coaching and developing teams to drive sales excellence and world-class customer service in a high-volume branch environment.
  • •4+ years of sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking.
  • •Proven track record managing objectives to meet sales goals, deadlines, and branch goals in a profit-and-loss environment.
  • •Ability to meet SAFE Act requirements, including successful completion of required background checks and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS.
