Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with key national retail chains and/or online retailers in an externally focused role.
  • •Understand clients’ and shoppers’ needs and contribute to client meetings.
  • •Collaborate with other Sales managers to co-develop business plans and prepare for external negotiations.
  • •Make commercial recommendations for a variety of worldwide brands.
  • •Improve P&G sales by suggesting strategic choices and working with leaders from other departments (e.g., Brand Management, Finance).

Key Requirements

  • •Internships at P&G usually last 6 months and you’ll take on responsibilities from day 1.
  • •Be based in Almaty (or be ready to relocate to Almaty with the company’s support).
  • •Be a final-year bachelor student, any year master/PhD student, or a recent graduate (up to 2 years after graduation).
  • •Have strong English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) and excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • •Have strong analytical thinking, strong Excel knowledge, and familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
