Job Summary

Join our luxury boutique team as a Client Consultant to deliver outstanding customer experiences, manage pre- and post-sales service, and promote Audemars Piguet products. You’ll build rapport with clients, assist with sales and merchandising, maintain inventory, and collaborate with management to ensure impeccable boutique standards and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver exceptional customer experience in the boutique for sales, repairs, and visitors.
•Transform client contact into a sale while promoting timepieces and accessories.
•Maintain impeccable boutique appearance, stock, and merchandising per guidelines.
•Operate opening/closing tasks and inventory management, including stock checks.
•Use CRM tools to collect customer data and support marketing events and reports.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 - 5 years working experience in retail / hospitality.
•Excellent in customer service skill.
•Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
•Outgoing team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
