Key Responsibilities

  • •Validate new or modified test equipment for production use and ensure test instructions and software meet product-specific test requirements
  • •Analyze predictive metrics, failure modes and test yields to inform improvements
  • •Perform preliminary investigations for problem resolution and participate in non-routine fault isolation, diagnosis and repair
  • •Deliver technical training to production test specialists and metrology personnel
  • •Cover additional shifts including some weekend work

Salary: USD 68,900 - 131,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • •Experience in manufacturing and/or production test environments
  • •Experience with data analysis or Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
  • •Preferred: electronics/electrical engineering, basic mechanical engineering or basic computer programming
  • •Preferred: hands-on hardware integration and troubleshooting
