Senior Engineer II on the NG-SIEM EPICS team responsible for end-to-end reliability, observability, scaling, and incident response for CrowdStrike's largest SIEM platform. You will design monitoring across ingest, search and workflow, drive capacity planning and cost management, and collaborate across distributed teams to improve platform resilience.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and maintain end-to-end observability across the NG-SIEM pipeline (ingest through workflow execution) including monitoring and synthetic test suites
•Engineer orchestrated scaling to treat the NG-SIEM pipeline as a unified system and avoid bottlenecks across components
•Serve as a subject matter expert during platform-wide incidents (P2 and above) and coordinate follow-the-sun on-call rotations
•Build capacity forecasting models and tooling to surface cost drivers across the platform
•Automate remediation workflows and runbooks to resolve issues before customers are impacted

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in software engineering, site reliability engineering, or platform engineering, with significant time spent on large-scale distributed systems
