Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure EH&S regulatory compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations and adherence to P&W procedures and RTX EH&S standard practices.
  • •Support and administer the EH&S Council, interfacing with subcommittees, updating performance trends, and tracking EH&S projects to completion.
  • •Provide technical direction to line management and council subcommittee teams for effective execution of EH&S goals and objectives.
  • •Program manage Health and Safety programs (e.g., Contractor Safety Management, Elevated Work, Emergency Response).
  • •Conduct specialized Health and/or Safety audits and inspections, analyze trends, and develop corrective/preventive actions; assist with investigations and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years EH&S regulatory compliance experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years experience.
  • •EH&S regulatory and management systems knowledge required.
  • •Experience developing and implementing Safety and Health programs (preferred).
  • •Mentoring and training experience (preferred).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook (preferred).
