Job Summary

Support customers by installing, diagnosing, servicing, and repairing complex semiconductor equipment and guiding products through their lifecycle from qualification to final performance. Partner with customers and R&D teams to develop leading-edge semiconductor processes, including hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOE). Use statistical analysis, root-cause analysis, and technical reporting to resolve challenging process and customer product issues, while collaborating across internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide high-visibility customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service/repair of complex systems and equipment.
•Work with customers to develop leading-edge processes used to manufacture advanced semiconductor chips.
•Create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOE); analyze data with statistics and compile reports with technical conclusions.
•Troubleshoot complex problems, perform multiple root cause analyses, and resolve difficult process engineering and customer product issues.
•Communicate with internal stakeholders and the customer to achieve goals and build trust; serve as a resource for junior colleagues and a liaison between customer and business unit.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or a related field.
•4–7 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain sensitive information and build consensus.
•Proficiency in English to communicate effectively.
•Ability to provide on-site customer support for installations, diagnoses, service, and repair of complex equipment.
