Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively participate in the plant’s Sika SAFE Program, complying with safety policies and maintaining industrial housekeeping.
  • •Oversee and operate packaging equipment and mixing equipment to ensure process and procedure specifications are met.
  • •Ensure mixing processes are carried out and documented within validated parameters, including order of addition and mixing times.
  • •Perform inventory checks of raw materials and packaging materials for the daily production schedule.
  • •Guide, assist, and train new and temporary employees; support continuous improvement activities as directed.
