Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring a high-quality offboarding experience.
  • •Provide trusted guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation and transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes to ensure legal compliance.
  • •Lead difficult meetings and negotiations in separations and settlements, and influence positive outcomes through coordination of competing stakeholders.
  • •Provide first-level employee relations support by handling workplace concerns, conducting preliminary assessments, and guiding progressive discipline and documentation best practices.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS, coordinate stakeholders for compliance and audits, draft termination documents, and drive process improvements and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven ability to independently manage voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Knowledge of employee relations principles, progressive discipline approaches, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and develop usable resources and recommendations in ambiguous environments.
  • •Advanced written and spoken English proficiency, with strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
