Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks following recipes or creating unique concoctions.
  • •Greet patrons, take drink orders, and provide friendly, professional guest service.
  • •Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked by wiping surfaces, washing glassware, and restocking inventory.
  • •Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments, giving change, and reconciling the register at shift end.
  • •Adhere to alcohol service regulations by checking IDs, refusing service to intoxicated patrons, and maintaining compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, with 3 years relevant experience.
  • •Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including ingredients, flavors, and mixing techniques.
  • •Ability to provide excellent interpersonal communication and customer service.
  • •Strong understanding of local/state alcohol service laws and responsible service practices, including age verification.
  • •Attention to detail and ability to keep the bar clean, organized, and well-stocked.
