Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and deliver training material to support intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
  • •Create lesson plans, presentations, and curricula, and maintain materiel within the assigned educational system.
  • •Review emerging policy and doctrine publications, provide feedback, and assess for incorporation into training products.
  • •Develop and maintain training records and tracking systems as designated by the Government.
  • •Partner with the Data Integration Team Lead to support availability and access to systems and data used by the ISI.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in a related field, or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 5 additional years of related senior experience (total substitute to the Master’s).
  • •Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
  • •Bachelor’s degree with 10 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline, or associate’s degree with 12 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline.
  • •Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
  • •4 years’ demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
