Job Summary

Support a DoD customer in Intelligence and Automation Operations by developing and delivering intelligence-focused training materials, lesson plans, and curricula. Maintain training records and tracking systems, and review emerging policy/doctrine to incorporate updates into training products. Coordinate with a Data Integration Team Lead to ensure the systems and data used by the Intelligence Support Integrator are available and accessible. Partner with intelligence stakeholders to drive tradecraft standards and education goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, maintain, and deliver training material to support intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
•Create lesson plans, presentations, and curricula, and maintain materiel within the assigned educational system.
•Review emerging policy and doctrine publications, provide feedback, and assess for incorporation into training products.
•Develop and maintain training records and tracking systems as designated by the Government.
•Partner with the Data Integration Team Lead to support availability and access to systems and data used by the ISI.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 135,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in a related field, or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 5 additional years of related senior experience (total substitute to the Master’s).
•Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
•Bachelor’s degree with 10 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline, or associate’s degree with 12 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline.
•Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
•4 years’ demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
