Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers by retaining and growing consumer and business relationships. Proactively identify customer goals, recommend appropriate deposit and banking products, and ensure transactions are processed accurately while balancing daily. Provide exemplary customer service, educate customers on consumer deposit products, and resolve issues while following operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies. Build stronger partnerships by referring customers to other bank areas.
