Job Summary

Support global custody operations by reconciling foreign market transaction records between global sub-custodians and U.S. Bank systems. As a Custody Operations Analyst I, you’ll perform daily reconciliation and matching, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and meet SLAs and production deadlines. Partner with teams across settlements, foreign exchange, global income, and cash movement, while improving processes and adapting to changes in operational platforms and procedures.

•Perform daily reconciliation activities using reconciliation platforms and operational systems.
•Research and resolve reconciliation exceptions and discrepancies.
•Complete matching processes and investigate outstanding items.
•Meet established service level agreements (SLAs) and daily production deadlines.
•Communicate with internal business partners and collaborate across settlements, foreign exchange, global income, and cash movement teams to resolve inquiries and exceptions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,435 - 71,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Two years or more of related experience.
•Bachelor’s degree.
•Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems, procedures, and products/services for assigned areas.
•Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic environment.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, preferably Excel.
