Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership, training, supervision, and support to concrete delivery professionals and plant operations, fostering teamwork across ready mix production and delivery departments.
  • •Ensure Health & Safety compliance, conduct daily Take 5 meetings, run safety inspections, and support accident and environmental investigation/compliance.
  • •Manage dispatch operations and supervise workforce daily, including coaching personnel and handling discipline at the direction of regional leadership.
  • •Oversee plant operations including batching ready mix per specifications, coordinating raw material orders, maintaining inventory levels, and adhering to returned concrete policy.
  • •Control expenditures and maximize plant performance by maintaining equipment/service readiness, performing daily product testing and QA records, and managing required paperwork and reports.
