Personal Banker I - Midway Spring Valley

Provide an exceptional customer experience by cultivating and maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers. Process teller transactions and serve as a platform staff member, using a consultative sales and service approach to understand financial needs and tailor recommendations. Work with internal partners to resolve issues, assess customer credit information to align customers to appropriate solutions, and follow policies with a strong focus on risk management and ethical conduct.
