Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a network planning team to execute, monitor, and control supplier delivery performance and supplier SIOP.
  • •Establish and maintain best-in-class procurement processes aligned with corporate/division procedures and training guides.
  • •Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive tactical strategies to address performance gaps and recovery plans.
  • •Develop commodity knowledge and procurement expertise within the Procurement Center of Excellence(s) and Operations Fulfillment to improve supplier management.
  • •Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Operations and drive systemic procurement improvements at sites and supplier sites.
  • •Leverage supply chain data to establish, refine, and communicate Operations Fulfillment priorities aligned with site and business objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of five (5) years progressive experience in supply chain management.
