Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine quality checks on products moving through the production line while completing safety checklists and operational logs for compliant workflow across shifts.
  • •Support DE tests on the production line, including performing testing and assisting with troubleshooting tool/process issues.
  • •Interpret engineering and technical instructions to drive actions and experimental outcomes.
  • •Compile and analyze test data from performed testing to support decisions and performance goals.
  • •Support operation and maintenance of vacuum deposition tools and suggest system improvements for productivity, safety, or performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.89 - 26.44 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of relevant technical experience, or an Associate’s degree in an engineering discipline with 2 years of relevant technical experience (or 1 year as an Engineering Test Support II at First Solar).
  • •Ability to perform sample testing and electrical or optical measurements, including semiconductor device fabrication.
  • •Ability to learn operation, calibration, and preventative maintenance of lab and process equipment and systems.
  • •Intermediate MS Office knowledge and some knowledge of SQL/JMP.
  • •Execute experiments efficiently and effectively, communicating regularly with associates and demonstrating a continuous improvement (Kaizen) mindset.
