Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a strong client experience by engaging every client and teammate and making an impact in daily interactions.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open and manage personal and business accounts and related financial products such as deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while building referral sources and deepening relationships with internal partners and centers of influence.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, support branch operations and teller transactions as needed, and participate in branch huddles/debriefs.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is emphasized over financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Ability to interact comfortably with small business clients, overcome objections, and ask fact-finding questions to be helpful.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing).
