Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular analytical audits of human moderation to verify compliance with data protection and Trust & Safety standards.
  • •Perform deep-dives into recurring quality issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and produce actionable feedback for Operational Guidelines and Standards.
  • •Interpret safety policies for complex or high-risk cases and validate “golden sets” to guide enforcement accuracy.
  • •Lead calibration sessions to ensure consistency across moderation teams and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver global quality goals.
  • •Manage and resolve operational edge cases, drive policy cascading and training rollouts, and prepare weekly/monthly technical reporting using QA dashboards and AI.

Key Requirements

  • •Conduct analytical audits of human moderation to ensure compliance with data protection and Trust & Safety standards while meeting quality targets (e.g., accuracy, RCA, appeal success rates).
  • •Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring quality issues, identify error patterns, and translate insights into actionable feedback that drives continuous process optimization.
  • •Provide expert judgment for complex, ambiguous, or high-risk escalation cases by interpreting safety guidelines and validating benchmark “golden sets” (KOM).
  • •Lead calibration sessions and manage cross-functional communication to align teams and implement global quality goals.
  • •Be fluent in Kazakh and English; use QA/calibration tools, reporting, and AI to streamline workflows and produce weekly and monthly quality and policy gap reports.
