Job Summary

Oversee Dealer Services day-to-day operations to deliver positive client experiences across supported locations. Manage employee schedules, staffing, and transaction audits for accuracy while resolving customer issues in partnership with Field Sales and Major Accounts. Lead sales preparation and alignment of Cox Automotive products and services for client success, educate dealers on Online Vehicle Exchange and related platforms, and drive continuous improvement through reports, compliance checks, coaching, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee day-to-day operations and provide oversight and direction to employees in the operating unit.
•Establish and maintain client relationships; understand requirements and develop client-specific sales strategies to manage sales execution and resolve sales-related issues.
•Monitor work volumes and staffing levels with managers to ensure efficiency, work quality, prioritization, and superior customer service.
•Serve as a point person for resolution of customer issues in partnership with Field Sales and Major Accounts; assess and resolve or refer conflicts to designated departments.
•Lead dealer education on Online Vehicle Exchange, Simulcast, Manheim.com, Manheim Express, and other Manheim services; coach, manage performance, and train employees.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of experience required.
•Customer service experience required, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

•Strong problem-solving and ability to de-escalate heated situations; strong organizational skills.
•Basic Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills are required, along with ability to sit/stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive data entry.
