Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain a long-term Global Technology (GT) roadmap aligned with regional commercial goals and global strategy, including cloud migrations, system integrations and workplace technology Rollouts.
•Collaborate with executive leadership to identify technology opportunities that drive business growth, process automation and operational efficiency.
•Scope, plan and manage substantial capital expenditure budgets for major technology initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
•Ensure the reliability, security and scalability of all regional technology systems, networks and core infrastructure.
•Manage the lifecycle and performance of enterprise software platforms (ERP, CRM and HRIS) ensuring seamless integration with global applications.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
•Minimum 7 years of progressive IT/technology leadership experience in a complex, global or matrixed organization
•Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications
•Experience managing Windows, MacOS, Active Directory, Office365, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint environments
•Proven ability to lead high-performing technology teams and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders
