Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist cooks with daily food production while ensuring adherence to IKEA food safety standards.
  • •Implement and coordinate IKEA Food Safety programs, including CASY incident reporting and emergency incident response.
  • •Follow standard recipes and ensure correct portioning, cleanliness of workstations, and safe food storage.
  • •Support guest experience by engaging in daily dialogue for feedback and serving guests with empathy and care.
  • •Collaborate with the Chef, attend required training, and perform preventive maintenance as needed.
