Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor KPI deliverables and perform root-cause analysis to improve service, cost/cash, sustainability/VFR, and compliance performance.
  • •Oversee end-to-end cross-border operations for assigned lanes by setting direction for 3PLs/4PLs.
  • •Collaborate and communicate with planners, plants, distribution centers, 4PL, regional BPX, KU, Purchasing, SPS, receiving regions, and sending regions.
  • •Delegate tasks across the business and manage performance/operational relationships for I-Trade lane parties (3PLs/4PLs, carriers, etc.).
  • •Support GBU initiatives and sourcing change efforts by selecting best lane options and ensuring successful start-up of new lanes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 122,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Operations Management, Other Business Administrative or Engineering (or related degree and/or work-related experience).
  • •2 years of experience in transportation operations.
  • •Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are required.
  • •Ability to lead, influence, and work effectively with all levels in the organization.
  • •Fluency in both English and Spanish is strongly encouraged.
