Motor Winder Apprentice

Complete an apprenticeship program focused on learning the motor winding trade through CPCC coursework and required production training. You’ll follow Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) rules, participate in safety programs, and support tasks including assembly, documentation/specification reading, testing and inspection support, and equipment handling. The role is scheduled 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the Charlotte manufacturing site.
