Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day technology directions and operations within the VMware/Nutanix HCI platform and Dell/Lenovo/Splunk/Cisco hardware infrastructure.
  • •Handle IT incidents and requests within service level agreements (SLAs).
  • •Maintain IT operations by monitoring system performance metrics and taking proactive actions.
  • •Support site expansion and global project execution.
  • •Recommend and implement system/architectural design changes to improve performance, high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery; ensure documentation and roadmap alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong English ability (TOEIC higher than 650).
  • •Major in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Information Management, or related fields.
  • •Familiarity with scripting/programming such as Microsoft PowerShell and Linux shell.
  • •Experience with data analysis tools such as Splunk.
  • •Experience with Dell/Lenovo/Cisco hardware and system infrastructure architecture (e.g., VMware, Nutanix HCI, Linux/MS solutions, network TCP/IP; K8S/Docker/OpenShift is a plus).
