Job Summary

Hands-on engineer focused on enabling AI-assisted development at enterprise scale. You’ll configure, integrate, and operate AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code) across development environments, CI/CD pipelines, and codebases, acting as the primary escalation point for AI tooling issues and collaborating with DevOps and platform teams to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable tooling usage for delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure, maintain, and operate AI‑assisted development tools across multiple environments and pipelines to ensure reliable tooling support for delivery teams.
•Ensure correct integration of AI tooling with source code repositories, codebases, and testing frameworks.
•Integrate AI tooling into development environments and CI/CD pipelines in line with Allianz Technology engineering standards.
•Manage tooling configuration, upgrades, and technical standards to maintain consistency and security.
•Act as the first technical escalation point for AI tooling issues and collaborate with DevOps and platform teams to troubleshoot across environments.

Key Requirements

•Strong software engineering background.
