Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead revenue strategy and special projects across the revenue organization, moving ambiguous questions from analysis to actionable recommendations.
  • •Build and drive adoption of the sales forecasting rhythm, including methodology, data requirements, cadence, and forecast quality.
  • •Define and evaluate pipeline health metrics and ensure pipeline sufficiency versus targets and hiring plans.
  • •Own capacity planning for non-direct sales organizations, translating expected volume into staffing, ratios, role mix, and hiring timing.
  • •Shape commercial deal economics and model expected returns for partnerships, investments, or new commercial motions.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, sales strategy & operations, revenue operations, management consulting, investment banking, or a related analytical field.
  • •Own ambiguous, high-visibility problems end to end—from framing the question through a recommendation leaders can act on.
  • •Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and capacity modeling.
  • •Advanced modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets and SQL; comfortable working with large, complex data sets.
  • •Strong executive communication and the ability to build alignment and drive outcomes without direct authority.
