Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and maintain day-to-day operation of building systems and engineering equipment to keep hotel operations running.
  • •Conduct inspections and perform preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building services.
  • •Respond to maintenance requests, breakdowns, and technical emergencies, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
  • •Maintain plant rooms, machinery, equipment, and engineering areas in a clean, safe, and operational condition.
  • •Record maintenance activities in work orders and maintenance logs and assist in supervising contractors and service providers safely.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AED 3,800 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 5 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • •Strong mechanical knowledge with building operations and maintenance experience.
  • •Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • •Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, manuals, and maintenance instructions.
  • •Fluency in English and strong understanding of health, safety, and safe working practices.
