Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • •Gather requirements from business users and translate them into practical automation solutions.
  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using scripts (e.g., Python) and low-code tools such as RPA.
  • •Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize live automations to keep them running reliably.
  • •Research and propose emerging AI/automation ideas; scope and manage external partners where solutions are best delivered externally while ensuring governance, security, and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • •Experience building automations using Python and no-code/low-code tools (fresh graduates with strong project/internship experience welcome).
  • •Practical understanding of robotic process automation (RPA) and agentic process automation (APA), plus working grasp of AI tools as a power user (LLM, GenAI tools).
  • •Strong process analysis, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • •Good communication and stakeholder skills to work with business users and vendors.
