Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform equipment/process/system maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and make repairs to minimize downtime.
  • •Pass electrical skills and safety testing to become a qualified Category 2 worker and perform electrical work on systems up to 480 Volts.
  • •Maintain accurate, current, and secure documentation for printed logic, PLC programs, drive parameters, electronic files, and supporting software.
  • •Set up and select supporting hardware and evaluate electronic systems and software.
  • •Support electronic and PLC training, identify obsolete/unsupported systems, and participate in process improvement, installations, and scheduled or breakdown maintenance as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in an industrial setting focused heavily on electrical and PLCs.
  • •Strong electronic and PLC skills with proficient knowledge of AB applications.
  • •Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLCs and servo drives; Beckhoff PLC knowledge is a plus.
  • •Ability to understand applicable software, program language, and printed logic, including programming new or updated operating programs.
  • •Strong general math skills and proficient computer skills (word processing and software understanding).
