Key Responsibilities

•Acquire, cross-sell, and retain a portfolio of Premier clients while upgrading and onboarding new HSBC clients.
•Achieve agreed financial KPIs through development of existing and new relationships.
•Provide consistent personalized service to Premier clients and recommend appropriate products and services to close sales.
•Manage portfolios through disciplined portfolio management to increase wallet share and build a prospect pipeline.
•Review portfolios regularly to identify cross-selling and wealth review opportunities, referring to wealth advisers as needed.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of three years of proven and progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience (or equivalent).
•Evidence of strong sales results in insurance and investment products and strong technical skills in wealth management.
•Experience managing relationships with high-net-worth clients.
•Ability to communicate effectively in English and local languages with strong client focus and influencing skills.
•Relevant knowledge of financial services products and client relationship management systems, plus local regulatory and licensing requirements for wealth management.
