Job Function: Content & Editorial (Writing/Editing)

Key Responsibilities

•Tell the stories of Netic customers and industry leaders across video, articles, social content, and more, turning the people we feature into heroes.
•Own Netic’s organic social presence and help build the playbook for how we show up across Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.
•Create helpful, engaging content such as email newsletters, product guides, and educational resources that help businesses get more value from Netic.
•Support go-to-market efforts with high-impact sales and marketing assets, including case studies, one-pagers, and other enablement materials.
•Collaborate with the GTM team to ensure content aligns with Netic’s storytelling goals and resonates with essential service businesses.

Key Requirements

•Proven ability to create engaging video and written content across video, articles, social content, and other storytelling assets.
•Experience owning an organic social presence and building a playbook for channels like Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
•Ability to create helpful content such as email newsletters, product guides, and educational resources that drive value for businesses.
•Experience supporting go-to-market efforts with sales and marketing assets, including case studies and one-pagers.
•This is an in-person role in SF; ability to work onsite in our Jackson Square office.
