•Source specialized, highly technical candidates while coordinating with recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, and hiring teams.
•Identify and engage passive talent within target niches, primarily for DSML teams.
•Partner with Talent Acquisition and engineering/product stakeholders to understand hiring needs and make recommendations.
•Support full-cycle recruiting by building diverse pipelines and improving how the team achieves its goals.
•Track recruiting pipeline data and provide relevant updates to partners on supported roles/projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,000 - 193,000

Key Requirements

•7+ years of recruiting and/or screening experience of engineering talent at high growth tech companies.
•Ability to represent the company professionally and courteously both internally and externally.
•Experience consulting with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
•Passion for sourcing passive and diverse talent and mapping out the market.
•Familiarity with WorkdayRecruit or equivalent ATS experience.
