Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate demand plans into optimized replenishment strategies and achieve service level targets while optimizing inventory levels.
  • •Continuously adjust replenishment plans based on business constraints and changing conditions to ensure product availability.
  • •Act as the primary point of contact for in-market supply planning topics and lead supply planning discussions during IBP and S&OP cycles.
  • •Champion digitalization by using planning systems, ensuring data integrity/master data accuracy, and leveraging analytics for decision-making.
  • •Optimize inventory and distribution by defining inventory policies/segmentation, reducing excess/obsolete inventory, and leading root-cause continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, DRP, supply/replenishment planning, logistics planning, or related disciplines.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Proficiency using advanced planning systems such as OMP and APO (or similar planning platforms).
  • •Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable business insights, with supply chain planning and inventory management expertise.
  • •English and Spanish proficiency; ability to manage ambiguity, evaluate trade-offs, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
