Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the single point of contact between Ameren and renewable customers, including solar, wind, battery storage, community solar, and key account renewable installations.
•Coordinate interfaces and relationships across large Ameren construction and maintenance projects involving renewable installations, including preliminary engineering requests, cost estimates, real estate costs, specifications, construction, and metering.
•Prepare, execute, and coordinate agreements and documents; coordinate renewable installation design and construction to manage stakeholder expectations.
•Support regulatory efforts by participating in tariff review teams and providing input for new tariff language related to renewables aligned to CEJA/CRGA.
•Advance Ameren Illinois’s clean energy transition through process improvements and strategic customer solutions, including extended-hours coverage during storms or energy emergencies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 111,100 - 172,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, accounting, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
•Five or more years of relevant experience (utility, rates, financial, etc.) plus two years in relationship management, engineering, accounting, sales, and/or customer service.
•Three or more years of supervisory or high-level team/project leadership experience.
•Experience managing projects across multiple departments.
•Strong communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail, plus analytical/problem-solving ability.
